We're committed to following your order's journey from the moment it leaves our store until it reaches your doorstep AND we'll keep you updated every step of the way via email or sms.

We use only trusted door-to-door couriers to deliver your order to you or you can choose to go with our click and collect option. Read below for details.

Click & Collect - For those within Gauteng:

This is a FREE option that allows you to purchase your order online, however instead of waiting for delivery to your door, you can swing past and collect your order once we've given you the go ahead. Please note, this option is only advisable to those located in Gauteng.

How does pickup work?

When placing your order, click the Pick up option at checkout. If your entire order is in stock and available at our pick up location, you will be able to continue. At checkout you will also be able to see where you'll be collecting your order from.
We will send you an order confirmation. Please note, this is just to say we have received your order request, NOT that your order is ready for pick up.
Once payment is received and your order has been prepped and packed, our team will send you an email notification letting you know that your order is ready to be collected. You need to allow for at least 5 to 7 working days for us to process your order.
Once you've receieved our 'Ready for Pickup' email, you'll need to bring your order confirmation email with you (on your mobile or a printed version will do) and we will hand over your order.
Now you can go out looking like a Dolce Doll!

How long do I wait before collecting my order?

You may only collect once you've received our 'Ready for Pickup' email. This normally takes about 5 to 7 working days. Unfortunately just placing your order and pitching up is not an option.

Local Delivery - For those within Johannesburg & Pretoria

This is an express option. Once your order has been processed (about 2 to 4 working days), it will be delivered to your door, by our very own driver, within 48 hours, for a flat rate free of R115.00.
